The overall goal of Valley Health is to ensure that voluntary family planning services are made available and accessible to all individuals without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, sex, parity, disability, economic status or marital status and to ensure that services provide comprehensive quality education, counseling and medical services according to state and federal regulations.
