About Us

Valley Health offers confidential reproductive health services to women and men regardless of income or age. The clinical services we provide are performed by Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) and Resident Physicians.

History
Valley Health opened as Valley Family Planning Health and Education Center in October 1972, serving just four clients in the first clinic evening. In 2018, Valley Health served more than 2,500 patients. Everyone qualifies for family planning and reproductive health services regardless of income. A sliding fee scale, based on income, is used to determine the charges for those who wish to apply for reduced rates. We accept a number of insurance plans, including Medicaid (ND and MN). Valley Health will submit your claims for services and supplies.

Mission Statement
In order to empower and engage individuals in their well-being and reproductive health, Valley health will offer education, counseling, advocacy and healthcare services.

Goal
The overall goal of Valley Health is to ensure that voluntary family planning services are made available and accessible to all individuals without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, sex, parity, disability, economic status or marital status – and to ensure that we provide comprehensive quality education, counseling and medical services according to state and federal regulations.
