Fees

The full cost of our services and supplies are very affordable, however the amount you pay is calculated on a sliding fee scale determined by your household income and family size. Valley Health uses a discount schedule provided by the State of North Dakota Family Planning Program to calculate your discount. You may be eligible for a 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, or no discount on services and supplies depending on where you fall in the discount schedule. You will be asked to complete an income worksheet at least annually and/or when your income or family size changes.

We also accept Medicaid and private insurance and will file the claims for you.

If you are charged fees, we would appreciate payment at the time of services. If that is not possible for you, we can bill you or set up an affordable payment plan.

Donations

Valley Health is funded in part by the State of North Dakota Family Planning Program; however that funding covers only a small portion of your expenses. We rely on donations from our clients receiving services and supplies as well as contributions from other community members in order to continue to provide affordable services and supplies. Please consider giving a donation of whatever you can afford. All donations are appreciated.
